I need a PHP/MYSQL developer!

I can do most. Um, FluxBB is easy. Not sure if I could do an upload thing, but I could do everything else!

Thanks, I'll ask both of you to edit, but first i need a way to get the password to you! (Also, I think I want a private messaging system, however it censors for swears!
