my prediction.
here's how i know.
there is about 1,970,000 projects NOW. this means it won't happen soon so we can rule out anything in august. every month, there is about 50,000. if we add 50,000 to 1,970,000, we get around 2,33000 which means it won't be after September. This means it's in between the 11th and the 17th. This means it'll be around the 14th and the 15th. there you go. my prediction.
