2 solutions: Do you have WorldEdit/Is it a Craftbukkit server? If you have Worldedit, use the command /butcher. It will kill all the sheep.
2nd solution (I don't know if it will work, just try it): Turn mobs off, then start the server. Stop the server again and turn mobs back on. You do this by going into server.properties with a text editor, (Notepad is fine) and change spawn-animals to false. When you stop the server again with mobs off, if you want to keep mobs, change it back to true.

Wait until I put up an official topic please.  Plus im gonna need to upgrade the ram that the server uses so i can hold more players(upgrading from 1 gig to 2,  so i will be able to have 20 players on.
