Minecraft Help

So, I have a bukkit server. I can log on to it using my INTERNAL ip. Yes, i have portforwarded, but nobody else except me can log on it. I also have made a bukkit server on my other computer and other people could join. Can someone please help?

Re: Minecraft Help

I have had this problem too. Go to http://www.whatismyip.com/ and give them that IP.

Re: Minecraft Help

buy a server. :p

Ask me what I'm doing, wait an hour than roll a die, if it's 4-6, I'm playing Skyrim, if it's 1, I'm eating, if it's 2-3 I'm programming.

Re: Minecraft Help

Okay. I have no idea how I found my IP address.

Check the console. It might say the IP.
And when you log in too, it might say the IP...

Re: Minecraft Help

I don't use a Mac but there should be something similar to Windows  cmd command "ipconfig"

In the blank I suppose you should enter your desired port number, usually 25565.
the "0 to 0" should be the desired hours for this port forward to be in action.
The "both" should be selected.
So enter the last 3 digits from your compuers internal IP address in the 192.168.0.xxx
and then the small check box should be checked.

This is for your port forwarding, by the way ...

It's ifconfig I believe...

But that's what it is on the mac, anyways.

I did that, but it didn't give me the same IP as the one on my minecraft server  hmm

Yeah, it's ifconfig for macs, but for windows it's ipconfig, and the only ip i got was the internal ip which only i can connect to  hmm
