Hmm...
1) Are you the OP of the server?
2) If so, did you spawn these sheep?
3) If not, is there another OP on your server who could have spawned these sheep?
4) If so, interrogate them until they confess that they spawned the sheep.
5) ???
6) Profit/Problem Solved!!!

i am the op
i do not have anything that can spawn them(no spawning plugins)

but not mobs
it happened right when another player left the game
then the lag began(i was the only one on when it happened)
