Ummm well, to play a forum game you kinda need people to go on your site. By the looks of your site there isn't really anyone there.

Nick60's forum is pretty busy.

Havenworld is just 5 months old.  And it does have an official private server.  It also teaches you a bit about programming etc.

The key to advertising is on other sites.  For instance, you COULD get money by going to BitAdvertiser or something like that to put banners on your site.  You can also pay a bit of money to get spots on Google.  Another way is going to popular sites and if they have an appropriate section, post your site.  Another way is word of mouth.  If you tell your friends and they are actually committed to the site, they will perhaps tell others and it could spread.  (Although, it isn't the easiest way)

If you want users to stick to your site you must offer them updates and material.  Perhaps make some event?  Anyways a cheap way of making your forum more popular then it is is to register some accounts and post on them.

You might also want to focus on the professionalism on your site.  I noticed that some of your grammar isn't very great.  Try and use proper grammar and you might get a few people.

One more thing.  If for what ever reason your site fails, don't feel bad about it.  It's extremely hard to these types of things popular.
