1. Safe Project Viewing. I was wondering if there was a little check mark or an "X" next to every project's link similar to the WOT or AVG LinkScanner add-on. If the project has recieved 0 flags, you would see a check mark next to it's link. If the project has recieved 1-5 flags (let us say), there would be a yellow exclamation mark. If the project has recieved more than 5 flags, you would get a "X."
However, I'm not sure if this can be implemented- usually projects will get removed after recieving lots of flags, but we have to see what the ST thinks...
2. Make Exceptions for the "Sorry, You Posted a Similar Message Recently" Rule. This thought came to mind only recently. Once I made a project that became extremely popular and this is what happened to all my comments:
"Thanks!"
"Thank you!"
"Thanks"
"Thank you very much!"
etc.
Kinda frustrating, isn't it? I know this rule is for preventing spam, but I think some words could be excepted, such as "Thanks," "Thank you," "that was very nice of you," etc.
3. "Project Previews." Not necessarily previewing the project itself, but previewing the project notes, stats, and number of comments. So if you roll your mouse over a project link on the front page, your friend's pages, a Scratcher's user page, a little balloon will come out showing something like this:
Project notes: Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectur adspici velit. Ut enim ad mimim ve...

I support the first Though it wouldn't work for new projects.
The second would be better if the rule simply wasn't implemented on your own projects.
The third is ok, but I don't think it should show favorites/comments/loveits, only the notes. And if it's too long, showing a ...

I think he was talking about it would cut off the description if it was too long and show "..." to indicate that the notes were longer than that.
Anyway, I think #1 is already implemented in a way. When a user flags a project, the ST reviews it and either removes it, or marks it as "for everyone" or "not for everyone." In addition, if three or more users flag it, it's automatically removed until the ST can check it out and decide if it should be kept up.
