I'm not good at drawing AT ALL! I can't draw anything, in any way. How can I make good graphics? Is it possable without good drawing skills? If so, how can I d it??

Well, you need to try and get better. You can't draw good without skills.
I have seen some helpful (scratch and not) to get you started. I will list them below.

Draw more slowly. I also zoom in to the max because I'm more of a pixel by pixel type of guy. So try that. Or go use gimp and/or ms paint to make them, then save the image on your computer and upload it as one of your sprites. I find it better to do it that way.
