There's quite a few tutorials and other helpful projects/webpages that can help you.
Scratch video tutorials: this is probably the closest thing to an official tutorial.
The Scratch Wiki: an enormous wealth of knowledge that can tell you just about anything you want to know about Scratch.
Lastly, this thread gives you links to other tutorial-like posts that can help you learn more about many of the features of Scratch.
