Costume Editing
I don't really like how it scrolls to the top of the list every time you edit, copy, move, or delete a costume. Does anyone else find that annoying? Maybe it will change with the next version of scratch.

I find it really annoying. I don't see why it wasn't fixed in 1.3, since people have been complaining about it for a long time.
I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

I agree, when a sprite has a large number of costumes it is very annoying to have to keep scrolling down, especially when you are editing the costumes one by one.
Another annoying feature is when costumes jump to the bottom of the list if moved to the edge.
I suggest having the costume number as an editable box allowing you to change the number and have the costume jump to its new position (the costume it replaces would be moved down the list).
