Scratch 2.0

will we still be able to upload off line projects when Scratch 2.0 comes out? I really, really like being able to work on my Scratch projects without using an Internet connection (my best projects are made on a computer that isn't hooked up to the Internet then transfered by a thumb drive) . :-/
