@JJROCKER: The language is Swedish. At first I used Google translate to translate German, but then it said "Translate from Swedish," so I did. He is saying "I need help to import music to Scratch, can you help me?"
Anyway, go to the sounds tab of a sprite and click the import button. Then select the sound you want to import with the file browser and click OK.
gå till fliken Ljud av en sprite och klicka på Importera. Välj sedan det ljud du vill importera med filbläddraren och klicka på OK.

Change your mp3 to a wav. Scratch has a problem importing mp3

For me it imports mp3 fine. 
The quality is changed a lot though, dunno if that happens with wav.
