Is it possible to soften polymer clay AFTER you bake it?

Ok, so I tried to make an ocarina today, but I made the mistake of making the bottom completely flat. I already baked it, and it doesn't work at all. Its pretty hard, but it is still fairly easy to break down. I already tore the bottom half, and mouthpiece off. Is there anyway to soften it again so that I can mold it, or is it just not possible?  sad

Clay is awesome! But no, sorry, I don't know of a way. The best thing to do is rebuild, or, when possible, just rebuild the parts you need to and superglue them : P
What's an ocarina?

It's a 6 holed instrument with one wind hole and one where you blow into. Four on top, and two on bottom. It's quite easy to make and learn, actually, similar to the recorder, except it's round and not long.
