Need some ideas for projects

I am having trouble coming up with ideas for projects! I've made so many projects, I just can't come up with a new idea. For Christmas, I got a PicoBoard, but I only came up with one project that uses the PicoBoard. I normally like projects that are simulations and that use rules that apply in things you do in real life. Can someone please give me an idea for a project I could make with or without my PicoBoard?

What about a board game like draughts, but the peices are connected by Lasers?
Mario Clone with an added twist?
Minigame madness?
