Will this be a major change, with new areas or even a new storyline, or more of a slight mod with minor/cosmetic changes?

i downloaded unLZ but when ever i draw a pic of arceus it turns into pixely dots and looks weird... will it work if i get a 64 by 64 indexed pic of arceus off the internet better?
