i think it depends on how many post and/or projects you have.
IDK, i didnt know about the forums until i was a scratcher, so im not the biggest help

I think these are the requirements (not sure):
1. You must have been on the forums at least one month.
2. You have to have 50 forum posts.
3. You must post projects regularly.
I'm not sure if I'm right but I think that the month and posts are.

There isn't really a required amount as far as posts and time goes. Just be generally active. Make projects, post on the forums, comment on other people's projects.
