Well, is there?
EDIT: NOT MMO creators. Just MMO's. And no downloads either. I've seen non-download MMO's but they costed lots of money.

Team Fortress 2. I think. But it's target range is 15+.
And you still have to pay for hats.

If it's age range is 15+, then I want IN! (only 10 ys old.)
And what do you mean pay for hats? Like the only thing you have to pay for in the game with real life money is hats? I'll check it out! Tell me more...

You need a Steam account which needs an email. Making a gmail is easy and free. Check it out.

The game itself is free, but you gotta pay for the hats. It's a capture-the-flag kind of game, with blood, gore, swearing (a little bit more than mild, but not by much), alcohol, but it's still a good game. I want to play it, but my computer's monitor is too small so I'd have to use my dad's computer, but he probably wouldn't let me play it, so I have to stick to Garry's Mod and Portal.
They only use the worse versions of:
Heck
Poop (both, I think, not sure)
Darn
Butt

Steam is free, too. As long as your monitor has a higher resolution than 1280 pixels by 800 pixels, you're good.
