Hey, I'm kinds new, but not really.

I used to "scratch" about 3 years ago, then i stopped for some reason? So i came back and i guess i'll just see what everything is like although i doubt i will try hard to make an amazing project.

Well, it sucks that you didn't make an account back in '08, now you're a new scratcher and have to wait 180 seconds between posts. But at least there's the advantage of not being able to post in Miscellaneous tongue
And Scratch isn't about making an amazing project-It's about inspiration, creation and sharing, the quality doesn't (Well, it does on some levels tongue ) matter that much, as long as it's made with good intention and trying to make a good project, on some level at least :p

Yup, only for New Scratchers though.

It wasn't? In the beginning I'm pretty sure it was-Or maybe it was 10 minutes, 600 seconds, and I'm getting confused. Meh, we should really ask a New Scratcher from that time xD

It was initially 600 seconds, which was later reduced to 180. smile

But don't worry - eventually, the rule reduces to a measly sixty seconds! Just wait until you upgrade to a full-fledged Scratcher status. smile
