Scientists have created a living computer that actually thinks. It's 'brain' has lots of wires, with neurons and other stuff crisscrossing around. It's not just some lame 'AI' run by a database. It's actually a REAL brain, and the computer thinks. Not just picking a random phrase, it generates thoughts. It... is alive. It can navigate around by itself, without any help.
Anyone have any thoughts about this? It was on Through the Wormhole.
OH YEAH, are those the ones that walk around the lab and play the game where they say, "I'll meet you here" and go different ways?

Really, who is this robot? This could be a huge step into having robot servants that massage your feet
(Cuz as far as I know, making a brain/computer thing is near impossible)

I just thought....
'Maybe if they made it wireless if it isn't already, they could make something similar to a core from portal'
Hint the blue.

Sorry, that picture was blocked by K9 Web Protection for "Open image and media search" as well as "Suspicious" content on that site. Try posting it to someplace like a blog.

You say it's not programmed, but it would have to be programmed on someway, otherwise it would just be a box with some wires in

It's a network of neurons. Sure, the brain chooses where to go, which requires some programming, but very little programming. The brain is actually like our brains, it's not a coded brain. And also...
IT'S WIRELESS

How do these wires do anything then? Our brains may have not been coded, but they're still very complex things that don't just run on thin air. I'm sorry, but I still don't believe you and I think that this brain thing doesn't exist. Where are the news articles, the evidence? If people can prove that it exists, then I will admit defeat, but until then, game on!

Go to 33:00 in the video for the ACTUAL part about the robot.
