Punbb Help!

I would like to know how to:

1. Move topics
2. Make topics a sticky
3. Close topics
4. Make a lottery/shop page for people to spend there points.
5. Edit the navigation bar

Please help me!

At the bottom of a post it only says report, quote, edit and delete.
