Medium rare-- the more rare the better! I love when it's soft and a rich red-pink, mmmmm....... Then I like it seasoned so it has a bit of a kick to it, but not really spicy. I like it with french fries so that I can dip them in the blood, I'm not really I ketchup girl. Steak rules!!!!!!!!!!

Me too! Well, not the werewolf thing-- but I mean with the steak. I just say medium rare so that people don't think I'm crazy. Well now I'm thinking maybe I am a werewolf 'cause when I was little at the zoo I got started acting like a dog-- it's all kinda hazy though..... wink

Meh, but that's just 'cos that's the only way I can cook ANYTHING. tongue I hate the blood, ugh >_<
