Help: Computer game goes below screen!

I'm trying to play a game called A New Zero. However, there is a button that goes  below the windows start bar.

Right click the file, click Properties, click Compatibility, then click "Run in 640 x 480 screen resoloution". If that doesn't help, right-click on the taskbar, click properties. If "Auto-hide the taskbar" is not selected, click the checkbox beside it.

Adjust your screen resolution. Maybe you have the wrong one.
