Calling Upon Question

Repeating the same thing over and over again is annoying and takes up space.  Although I know Scratch isn't exactly like Java, would creating something like this be beneficial?

Acting like a void, when you press space it and have the needed amount of kills, it would call upon the method NGUL.  So my question basically is:

Does Script Count Matter?  (Will it have reduced lag if we cut down on script)
Does Calling Lag?  (Pretty much asks my question)  tongue

ty  wink
