For any sort of collab, maybe a good example would be the Camp, what do you think is better? Less members or more?

I think less because everything is usually under control and the people who ARE in the group all will have more communication rather than having a bunch of members scattered and doing their own thing.

I think two people would be good. One for programming and design, one for art. The programmer has to also be the designer because the game wouldn't be impossible to program. The artist can help too I guess.
