and then barely stops it before the whole word comes out.

Well, I've listened to tons of music.

Can't say anything good about Country.
Can't say anything good about Rap/Pop. It depends on who your talking about however.
Rock and Metal are awesome, along with any genre connected to these
I like Industrial/Techno style songs
I've taken a sudden liking for bands such as Soilwork, In Flames, and All That Remains. Not quite sure what genre of music they are, but I like anything like that
Symphony music is pretty cool, especially when you get a full rock band in there a la S&M
Instrumentals are awesome, like John 5
SOME mainstream music is OK, but never great

I've grown up listening to a odd combo of Britney Spears and Rob Zombie (and other people respective of those mentioned), so I kind have heard it all. That's my take on music.

Once again, please remember that everybody has different opinions. Especially when it comes to things like Music. "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" is the old quote and it is certainly true. Please keep the conversation polite and make sure your discussion addresses the music and not the people holding the opinions.

Sample good comment: Rap music is awesome because it is so current. Check out some of these tracks ....

Sample bad comment: You are ignorant if you like that kind of music. You should like what I like.

Notice how the second comment is no longer talking about the music...but about the person holding the opinion smile

Ayreon is good. I would suggest that if you think most modern music sucks. And most of their stuff is from 2004-2010. And their BEST album I've heard is 'The Human Equation.' It blends Techno and Rock music together quite well.

Bruno Mars is horrible. The only song I like with him in it is Billionaire. Everything else stinks. Eminem is just horrible and none of his songs are catchy. Together we are doomed.
