Kind of. Basically it changes the penalty against those committing copyright infringement.

I actually think it's a good thing for songs. If you can just go on the internet and listen to songs legally, soon no one will buy songs and there'll be no reason to make songs.

I don't, however, agree with the part that says "or public performance." That means if you sing a song or play it on an instrument, it will be taken down.

Also, I don't know if they changed it, but I think game footage will be taken down, which doesn't really make any sense because you can play a game however you want to. Especially sandbox games... like Minecraft. Because I know you all love Minecraft.

i think i read somewhere that as long as companies put a specific message in their terms or use then you can still upload videos and screenshots, etc.
im pretty sure notch said that somewhere.
