What error messages, if any, do you get when trying to upload it? These are some common problems with uploading:
1. Username/password incorrect. (You'll get an error that says "Failed: Invalid user" if this is the case.)
2. Your project is too big. There is a 10mb limit in the project size, so if it's over that limit, you can't upload.
3. Your project is actually too small. Sometimes you can't upload if the project is very small, for some reason. If this happens, try unchecking the "compress sounds and images" box in the upload window.
4. There's just a burp somewhere along the line. This actually happens more often than you'd think, so you might want to just wait awhile and try again.

Post it at 6:00 in the morning is what i do. It always posts then. That is when scratch is getting the least amount of uploads.
