GoodReader - Yes, it's not a game, but it's a good app. It reads everything.
Angry Birds - It's addicting.
Doodle Jump - See above.
Fruit Ninja - See above.
Hmm...
Other people can think of other good games.
You can also get the iWork apps for your iPhone (Apple updated them for the iPhone/iPod) if you want to work on stuff on the go (and have $30 to spare on all 3 apps).
