The only differences are that you can't post a thread in FAQ, you can't post at all in Miscellaneous and you have a 180 second rule. Be active on the forums and you'll be scratcher soon big_smile

Did they always have that new member Miscellaneous thing?

The New Scratcher thing didn't always exist, they added it after a horrible troll attack. I still think they should make New Scratchers Scratchers faster though, it's really a hassle being a New Scratcher tongue Meh, at least I can be helpful on Misc by reporting.
