Me too - I'm pretty tolerant when it comes to how well done it is.

I like steak best when it is chopped up with veggies and a bit of cheese and rolled in a tortilla!

We're all fine with all having tacos and spaghetti yet they search for "variety".

Anyway, uhm, not rare or med-rare but like some nice juicy pink in it.
