Does Scratch2Exe, ScratchExeCreator, etc. work on Panther projects?
If not, is there a compiler that works for Panther?

There are no compilers for panther, because to work, there would have to be no custom blocks. There is a way to make Chirp Compiler work with panther though, and that is to hack it and add all of panthers blocks and all of your CYOB blocks.

Not really. All you need to do is replace the image and edit the newly inserted one.
It's another, more compilcated story though, and Panther also saves PT files which cannot be used in Scratch2Exe

make a package using iexpress, which is hidden in windows. here is how to do it in scratch: http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?id=10122
to do it in panther, select the panther exe and image files.
