I KNOW for a FACT that's a lie wulf.
It's theoretically impossible (and experimentally too!) to have 3.7 billion in a PayPal account, where you gain 0% interest... and odds are, you probably are trying to game the community.

Internet Radio Licensing article on wikipedia that saves me typing the xplanation
Now the thing is if you are broadcasting on the Internet you are using copyrighted stuff. so u need to pay royalties to the respective owners .Live365 provides Hosting/Licensing together in there plans [recommended] and thats what i used.
Now if you dont opt to buy it with live 365 you can rather opt for
PRS and PPL
via here
and if u do NOT play copyrighted music then u dont need a License from the music owners ..
That sort of music has generally got a Creative Commons License (google it u will find loads of music under creative commons thats the Scratch License aswell)
There are more then 5 organisations to provide different licensing stuff in USA.. so i am going to wait for some time and get my girlfriend type the rest of this with the american side.. ^_^

if u dont buy a license.... its gonna cost u $100,000 (around that atleast when caught)
so pay $100,000 or get a license be legit and pay less
