Ah, works now. 
I'll post instructions for other media players in a minute.
(Use "http://109.169.29.53:36268/stream.ogg" for the URL)
VLC:
Media > Open Network Stream.
Paste URL; hit play.
Looks like WMP and iTunes can't play OGG.
