They shouldn't be destroyed. By shut down and rebuild I mean get rid of all this flaming and start fresh.

Yeah I remember that. It will eventually pass and the MC topics will gradually die down..  I do agree though it is quite annoying when you log in to find nearly every topic about MC, Portal and my little pony!!
