What did it say again?
Also, like is not working on the TBGs. I put &forum=tbg but to no effect.
EDIT: Oh, and could you do like a text-like liker? So it would look like
37 likes
Like

Did you do it to both URLs? Because that's what I did, and it worked.
EDIT: I'm assuming you used the image, because that's the most commonly used one.

Yes, what code did you use for the tbg forums like button?
And concerning the text-like, it would still be an image, but yes I could do it in the style of the scratch forums, so it looks like it's normal text.

It would probably have to be a really thin image, since I think the forums add a slight margin to images.

By this do you mean similar to the love it option so you can change the text on the image to say "# agree" "Agree with this?" and "I agree with this!" ?

Are you? If you are then I'll either not bother doing my one, or we can use mine as the infrastructure is already built. Either way I don't mind

That's the idea
you click it to like it, and click it again to unlike it. simple!
And if you want to, you can click it again to like! and you can keep doing this infinitely

Hey, I wrote a bookmarklet to generate code for a simple like/unlike box. Works on the main forums ONLY.
javascript:
function aFuNcTiOn() {
var teststring = document.location.href;
if (teststring.substr(0, 47) == 'http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?id=') {
var topicID = /(\d)+/gi.exec(teststring)[0];
var BBCODE = '[url=http://scratchloveit.netne.net/topicrate.php?id=' + topicID + '&ret=add][img]http://scratchloveit.netne.net/topicrate.php?id=' + topicID + '&ret=image[/img][/url]';
var NENENENE = prompt('BBCode: Press Ctrl(cmd on Mac)-c, then Ctrl(cmd on Mac)-v to paste it', BBCODE);
} else {
alert('BAD URL!');
}
}
aFuNcTiOn(); WARNING!! THIS WILL NOT ALWAYS WORK!
Put all that in one line and copy/paste into the URL field of a bookmark or your browser address bar (Yes, including the
javascript:
).
Currently only tested on Google Chrome, because I really don't want to wait for the other browsers to load.
Google Chrome > Firefox > Opera > Safari > Internet Explorer
