Ripping Sprites

Okay I know this is a stupid question and I should know this, but how do you rip sprites?
I found a page of Luma sprites at devianart.com. I opened it up with the newest version (I think) of Paint. Now what? Or am I on the right track? Please somebody guide me through I need these!

Re: Ripping Sprites

Do you mean take sprites off other projects? Open the project which contains the sprites, export the sprite, open the project you want to put the sprite into, and then import the sprite. Hope that helps!  big_smile

Right click and choose save image as. Then click import sprite and find your image file. Simple!

Re: Ripping Sprites

I think you take a sprite sheet and add each of the different costumes into a single sprite on scratch.

Re: Ripping Sprites

Save the paint thing. Then make a new sprite and in the paint editor, select import. Then chose the paint file and edit it (if in need of editing). Hope that helps!  wink
