Sure! I didn't make it...    Go to Advanced Topics and you might find it there.

And yes you can join 

You start at rank 1 and move up ranks when you help out and are active in the collab

Oh... I have noticed that normal users can rename topics in the TBG forums... why not allow that here? It doesn't theme to pose a threat there anyway

Do you have any special reasons for which I should consider letting you join?: Umm... not really, I just want to try out a collaboration. I'm not a famous person, and if I was, then I probably have a much bigger chance of being "let in", but as I said repeatedly, I am a pretty decent scripter.
