Ouch...
But you know, if this happened recently, you can probably retrieve them.
When you empty the recycle bin/trash, the files aren't really deleted, just marked as "free space" to be overwritten over time. (I know because my uncle is an IT tech and retrieves files daily
)
I've never done it myself, but you can phone pretty much any computer store, and they'll tell you how.

I've forgotten to save so many times that these days, I jealously guard my work, saving it every five minutes - I never know when my computers gonna suddenly die!

every day i have to turn my computer on and off like 100 times(literally) the cause is the blue screen crash
