So I was peacefully watching MLP after dinner. My stepdad had hooked up a computer to the TV, and they were planning to watch shows with Hulu on it. So then my mom comes in, and says "Ok were gonna watch TV so lets switch speakers" because I had the good ones. So she takes them out and gives the tiny,cheap black ones to me like I can plug it in myself. I sat there waiting for her, and finnaly I went to ask my stepdad where the plug went. Then my mom came back and (tried) to plug them in herself, but somehow she made the speakers AND the mouse not work. She got the mouse to work, but not the speakers. So now I'm stuck on Scratch because I can't watch MLP hmm

Have your parents ever ruined your plans?

Once, I was happily playing Mario Paint (Specifically, Gnat Attack) on the SNES. Then, someone came and unplugged the SNES so he could plug a god-knows-what in instead.

I honestly have no idea why he needed to do that.

My mom used to turn off the internet on me all the time. I'd be in the middle of a game online and all of the sudden I'd stop getting any responses from the server, until eventually it would say something like "connection lost" or "response timed out", depending on what game I was playing at the time. It was always very frustrating, because I'd disconnect from the host and lose all my progress. Or even worse, she'd turn it off as I was typing a lengthy post, so when I hit submit it wouldn't submit and I'd have to retype the whole thing.

So yeah, I feel your pain.

They show MLP: FiM on this television station, forgot what is was called, tho. My younger sis watches it all the time, and I watch it in secret.

I know, but you have to have a special kind of cable to see it...I think.

The Hub, right? I can't watch it where I am currently because I don't have cable here.

The episode I was fixing to watch was Sonic Rainboom tongue

Ah, I see. I hate to ask an obvious question, but those plugs for speakers are rather ambiguous. Are you sure they're plugged into the audio out jack and not, say, the one for a microphone?

You own a Nook Color too? That is the only item I ever watch youtube on now.

My stepdad is going to try and fix it tomorrow, but if he doesn't, I will have to wait until the weekend to see it again sad
