Motorola SBV5120 Port-forwarding

I'm trying to port-forward it for a Minecraft server(no posts about that), but on the website, portforward.com, my model doesn't show up. Know what the issue is?

If this belongs in Advanced Topics please move it there. :S

Is there an advanced tab? Something that would signify "Port forwarding is located here!"? Maybe it's in an "Extras" tab.

Maybe I'm not helping. But I can get PF-ing to work either. So, your not alone.
