Hmm I just think 'reputation is given by moderators and/or administrators only' is pwnage, 'cause they're trustworthy 
No trolls in their gangs going around negative repping people in groups.

I think this is a super cool idea in all, just I think that you should have to give a reason for giving it good OR bad rep. Otherwise, little kids (WARNING: WORST CASE SENARIO. CHANCES OF IT HAPPENING ARE ALMOST ZERO) might just click and click and click and some posts might get voted HIGH when they're kinda bad.
