Is it possible to add blocks to Scratch?

I was wondering if it is possible to add more blocks into Scratch.

Yes, you shift+click on the loop of the R in 'scratch' and select turn fill screen off
Then click on the white space and select open then browser ok now the hard part select scratch objects then scratch sprite morph then class then blocks and block specs.
Now type ('change stretch by %n' #- #changeStretchBy: 5) that is the chang stretch by () block
