I have worked very hard (Through about 18 hours and a lot of caffeine) to make an application that will allow mac users to convert their projects to .app format, you can download the converter at the following adress:

Sounds wonderful! I don't have a Mac but I look forward to hearing how our Mac users make out with this great tool.
Would you like to provide any details on how this app works?

It makes a new file in your Trash folder named "SB application" that you rename to what you want (Automator doesn't let you name things in variables so I couldn't have it name it after your project)
It is Crucial that you copy the converter to your applications folder or else the syntax won't work. The applications you make with it though can be dragged to your games folder or anywhere else you want

How do you get it to convert?

you take the whole folder labeled SB 2 app, and drag it into your applications folder. Then go into the folder, and run the app named "Converter". Then In your applications folder, you will see an application named "SB application"
(IMPORTANT!!!!!: Make sure you drag the whole folder labeled SB to app to your applications folder, if you just drag the file inside, it won't work properly, and also, don't rename the converter or folder, automator is picky with paths)
Once it converts your sb to application, you can put it in your games folder, rename it, or anything you want. To see the source code of it, just open one of the applications that you made with the script editor. But be wary- if you open the converter with automator (Automator is the program I built it with) it will erase some important parts

I managed to get it working, but it took me a while to figure out that the application appears in the trash... lol. So to everyone who can't make it work, try checking the trash after you convert the project.

Yeah it definitely is a bit buggy, but I'm still working on it

The Next Version Is available, I modified it so it installs itself, but don't move it after it shows up in your applications folder.

Urrg it still puts the new .app in your trash folder, but at least it always converts now

Yeah, but actualy I am going to make a new version that isn't so picky about location, I'll make it with Xcode, and it will be sweeeet 8)

I don't know when I will be able to upload any files for alas I am currently operating on a windows computer

It's still not letting me convert AND I looked in the Trash.
I have Tiger 10.4.11

Don't Worry, By Friday, my next version should be done (Hopefully the working one! :p)
PS. I am using 10.5

I am completely overhauling the thing now that I figured out why it moved the files to the trash

Can you make one that works with 10.4?
Offline
actually all it basically does is launch a specified project into presentation mode, then when you exit, it quits
-- But it is standalone and works w/ computers that don't have scratch installed
I have only beta tested on 2 macs, my PowerPC 10.5, and my Dad's Intel 10.5.
I assure the next version will have some Big changes
