Just because some of us have over 10000 posts doesn't mean this isn't a big deal... some people don't like to post as much and end up taking longer to hit a number that most people would consider low

It does show that you are interested in participating in the conversations! But try not to concentrate on the number of posts that you make, but rather in the quality of your posts. One helpful, thoughtful, on-topic post is worth an infinite amount more than a bunch of spammy posts
