she is bragging and and she actually CONVINCES people that shes the real selena gomez but shes not. example she said her fav color is yellow or something and i saw on wikipedia that its green

If you'd like to report a user, please use the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of every page: it's somewhat embarrassing to the user you're reporting to call them out publicly on their actions.
Furthermore, we don't really have any rules against impersonating celebrities. Sure, it's not the best way to spend your time, but you can simply ignore them if you don't like them.
Finally, this doesn't belong in Troubleshooting, but since I'm closing it anyways, it doesn't really matter. Please try to put your topics in the right forum next time. Thanks!

Point of clarification: There have been some cases that I have seen where impersonating a celebrity has been considered "gaming the community". Choosing a name resembling a celebrity is fine - but trying to fool people into believing that you are that celebrity is not okay. Please use the Contact Us form as coolstuff noted above. Thanks
