New layer... and then make something something like this

Then adjust the transparency til the effect is about right (make sure the layer has an alpha channel, and make sure this layer is on top of all other layers) wink

Could I have one that says Musicstar888=Awesome on it? The background should be black, and the letters should be lime green, if you can. Maybe the letters could be in a really cool font? Maybe typewriter-y or something really different than everyone else? And you don't have to put any links to it, it's just a picture, that's it.
