Making a .changes file?

Did you put itopic on this? I don't think you're allowed to do that it gives people false hope in the fact that this topic tells them how to, which at the moment, it doesn't

Doesn't the changes file get created automatically and store the changes you've made to the source code?

Yes, I made the .changes file, now all I need to know is how to diable the shift-click menu without deleting #Developersmenu and I need to know how to delete that annoying error popup

You should use the source code, Scratch 1.4 has Share feature, and some menus in Scratch 1.4 aren't in the source code, which probably means the Scratch team dosen't want those features in mods.
