You mean your signature? Well, go to Profile, Signature and change it :L Profile is on the almost top of the page while on the forums.

Oops, instead of going to Profile, Signature go to Profile and then Personality. Sorry for my mistake.

I Mean, I Changed My Timezone, And It Says At The Bottom:
"When you update your profile, you will be redirected back to this page."
