This isn't that bad. It was an extremely sub-par album, but there isn't much wrong with the cover art quality wise.

wiL Francis (yes he spells his name that way) is from a really bad "post-hardcore" band called Aiden. He wanted to create music that he couldn't create with Aiden, so he started his own side project, called William Control.

It sucked worse than Aiden, and the album art was even more awful.
