Ever since the big change, when DT left, when Russel T. Davis left, when everything was changed.
Yeah, but in my opinion, everything's better. I mean, the story lines are by FAR better. And the Doctor is much more alien, like he should be. Almost every one of Steven Moffat's episodes are absolutely amazing! The only episode of his that I don't like is The Beast Below (I still can't believe he wrote that). When he writes an episode, you can guarantee that it's going to have awesome moments and dialogue.
The Doctor - "That good, fantastic that is! 20 minutes to save the world, and I have a post office! And it's shut!"
Here's another one of my favourites:
Angel Bob - "I'm sorry, can I ask again? You mentioned a mistake we made?"
The Doctor - "Oh big, big mistake; really huge. Didn't anyone ever tell you? There's one thing you never put in a trap if you're smart, if you value you're continued existence, if you have any plans about seeing tomorrow there's one thing you never ever put in a trap!"
Angel Bob - "And what would that be, sir?"
The Doctor - "Me."

Why'd you dislike 'The Beast Below'? IMO it was a pretty good episode.

It was ok, but I didn't think it was particularly awesome (as almost all of the Moff's episodes are).

Oh, and another of my favourite quotes is from one of the trailers for series 5.
"All of time and space. Anywhere and everywhere, every star that ever was. Where do you want to start?"
